 Orientation

a method : to capture the hc (human condition)
and introduce reality
in our whole self, whole being and whole body.

What is proposed here is based on our reality being a projected actuality, projected by the whole body in reality.

Present in the present, solid in gravity, alive in creation, our whole being is spirited at core, touched by the rest of creation, and next to other whole entities on Earth. The whole self, of whom you or I, as an idnetity, are a projected part, is reality for us. Our whole is more than the sum of his or her solid, as well as projected parts.

However, in the hc (human condition), we are displaced from our whole, as our reality is projected. We are further, isolated from the whole self in our projected reality, as we identify in our self and with what we experience, and hold to our knowing sense and notion. We may reckognise this situation, we are normally in. As a projected actuality and part, we may be in relation with the whole body, and "introduce" reality to our porjected reality.

Reality is the whole body alive in creation.
We actually exist, but as projection.

We are a part of a whole being,
placed through the brain-spine or Central Nervous System.

We may be in relation with our whole
as projected actuality and a part.

Introduction : the process of reality and our part

our reality and reality - a relation with rather than choosing the whole body - to relate with the whole body - orientation - concerns - notes 1 to 8

O i     The hc : a brain-spine projection
human condition and reality (hc.r) - world out there (wot) - construct: beyond the phenomena
of experience and sense of self - orientation: in space - orientation: with whole body
 - experiential: doorway to reality - notes 1 to 7

O ii    Reality : whole body alive in creation
how it is - emptiness, nothingness and the spirit - psychosis, knowing and doing
 - the 3 things we can do

O iii   The orientating techniques
orientation, shapes and what happens - orientating techniques - wear it - consider tbmu
 - introduce spread - come under and around - core - the stagger - how did you go?

O iv   The orientating shapes
what's there, o.shapes - 1 hc cornered across - 2 deeper cornering, face the front - 3 bodies
 - 4 o shapes through levels - 5 stagger complete - 6 inside, middle and out -  7 cornered float

 - 8 notion, sense, wot - 9 staggered off - to recap

O v    The complete whole body : morphology
complete whole body - evolution - embryology - comparative morphology - developmental morphology - what to do

O vi   Promote whole body : exercises and practices                   not available

O vii  Introduce reality : what’s there and what happens            not available
